Annual General Meeting

As a current Member of the Ontario PC Party residing in the riding of Markham-Stouffville, we are pleased to invite you to the 2023 Annual General Meeting for the Markham-Stouffville Ontario PC Association.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 and business conducted will include the election of the association’s board of directors, presentation of annual reports on the state of our association, and a small Member appreciation gathering!
When: Wednesday, September 6, 2023
Registration begins at 6:30pm. Meeting begins at 7:00pm.
Where: Cornerstone Community Church, 9680 Ninth Line,
Markham, ON L6B 1A8 – Room 101
Why: In accordance with the Party constitution, this meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors. Reports from the President, CFO and Membership Chair will also be given.
